To convey false reports or false statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of the Socialist States of Stalingrad or to promote the success of its enemies when the Socialist States of Stalingrad is at war, to cause or attempt to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, refusal of duty, in the military or naval forces of the Socialist States of Stalingrad, or to willfully obstruct the recruiting or enlistment service of the Socialist States of Stalingrad. This is punishable by a maximum fine of $200,000,000 (200PP) or by imprisonment for not more than 50 years or both. However, the provision of the first part can be applicable.
The Act also forbids the transfer of any military vessel equipped for combat or any other Government use to any nation engaged in a conflict in which the Socialist States of Stalingrad is neutral. However, the Premier and the upper echelon of the military and government, with the appropriate paper work, has the authority to over rule this to allow it to happen. This is punishable by a maximum fine of $200,000,000 (200PP) or by imprisonment for not more than 50 years or both. However, the provision of the first part can be applicable.
The coverage of the act extends out of the Socialist States of Stalingrad's territory, and is applicable to all who violate these amendments.
National Defense Act:
Allows the Socialist States of Stalingrad to deploy troops on Peacekeeping operations to any nation anywhere in the world
Allows the Socialist States of Stalingrad to opening or discretely send troops to any region of the world if information indicates that a terrorist is present there.
Allows the deployment of the nation's troops within the it's own territory to deal with dissent and unrest
Allows the deployment of advisers to anywhere in the world the Socialist States of Stalingrad deems necessary for the national defense of the nation and/or the preservation of it's allies. However, provision one of this act applies here as well.
Allows the troops of the Socialist States of Stalingrad to be deployed and stationed in an allies' nation or any independent nation.
Homosexual and Lesbian Marriage Law: This law allows gay men and women to openly marry in any region of the nation. This law also restricts the regions rights in limiting their ability to do so.
Religious Act: Due to the overwhelming amount of the supports and followers in the nation, the government recognizes the religion of Islam as the nation's official religion.
Amendment One: The involvement of religion to drive politics or government is a criminal offense with the ability of being sentenced a life time in prison, or execution. This person can also be labeled as a terrorist
Movie Clause: It is a criminal offense to make horrible or so called "Pieces of Shit" films. The jurisdiction is up to the critics of the film industry and the minds of the sane/intellects. These individuals can and will be labeled as terrorists. The maximum punishment is life in prison or execution.
Public Lying Act: If an individual of a higher status (Government, media, film industry, etc) is caught lying, and refuses to accept that they made a mistake, it hereby violates the law. This law knows no boundaries and label such an individual as a terrorist. It also hereby grants the Socialist States of Stalingrad to use force in order to secure these individuals. Punishable by a life sentence or execution.
Crimes against Humanity Act: - as defined by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court Explanatory Memorandum, "are particularly odious offences in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of one or more human beings. They are not isolated or sporadic events, but are part either of a government policy (although the perpetrators need not identify themselves with this policy) or of a wide practice of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a government or a de facto authority. Murder; extermination; torture; rape; political, racial, or religious persecution and other inhumane acts reach the threshold of crimes against humanity only if they are part of a widespread or systematic practice. Isolated inhumane acts of this nature may constitute grave infringements of human rights, or depending on the circumstances, war crimes, but may fall short of falling into the category of crimes under discussion."
