UAR ASSOCIATED PRESS

The UAR announced it's new modern assault rifle today and relived the design of the weapon to the public.
It is called the m4-ac, but troops have already come up with a new name for it. Troops have coined it as the wall banger because of it's 7.62 round it fires, a military rep was asked about the gun and how long it's service will be and he replied with the following. "we are thrilled with the gun and think it will be a fine symbol of are armed forces, we plan on servicing the gun for the next 15 to 20 years unless new demand arises" A special feature about the gun is that it can be modified for combat with scopes, grenade launchers and a grip in the front. Each will come standard with a acog to increase accuracy of troops and their vision in combat.

The Avtomat Kalashnikova - 120 (AK-120) was specifically designed by the government owned Avtomat Kalashnikova manufacturing company branch in Stalingrad to meet the state's need for a newer weapon to equip the soldiers of the nation without being dependent on the USSR for weapons.

There are iron sights present on the gun. However, ACOG sights are standard issued to troops as to provide better sight and vision of targets at all ranges.

It has been released that the gun will remain standard issued for the armed forces for quite some time, and rumored to last until the year 2033.

It is hoped this weapon will provide Stalingrad with a significant advantage to adversaries in the region and if presented, the world.

You change the specs for it? i looked at it before and it said a 5.56 round and i was going to bring up the fact that particular round was rather lighter, or did you think of it your self?

but is specifying the particular gun and round supposed to have an stat effect or is it pure "canon"?

It will have a effect but it will also cost more to equip your armies with them. You have to research the gun schematic and then pay your troops to be equipped with it.

During a session of the Stalingrad National Soviet (which is a council or 'Congress'), the following bills were presented and passed:

Woman Inclusion Act: The passage of this bill will allow Woman to serve in the Armed Forces of the nation's military and allow them the ability of choice for combat roles.

Homosexual and Lesbian Inclusion Act: The passage of this bill will allow gay men and women to openly serve in the Armed Forces of the nation's military and allow them the ability of choice for combat roles.

Espionage Act:

To convey information with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the armed forces of the Socialist States of Stalingrad or to promote the success of its enemies. This is punishable by death or by imprisonment for not more than 50 years or both.
To convey false reports or false statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of the Socialist States of Stalingrad or to promote the success of its enemies when the Socialist States of Stalingrad is at war, to cause or attempt to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, refusal of duty, in the military or naval forces of the Socialist States of Stalingrad, or to willfully obstruct the recruiting or enlistment service of the Socialist States of Stalingrad. This is punishable by a maximum fine of $200,000,000 (200PP) or by imprisonment for not more than 50 years or both. However, the provision of the first part can be applicable.
The Act also forbids the transfer of any military vessel equipped for combat or any other Government use to any nation engaged in a conflict in which the Socialist States of Stalingrad is neutral. However, the Premier and the upper echelon of the military and government, with the appropriate paper work, has the authority to over rule this to allow it to happen. This is punishable by a maximum fine of $200,000,000 (200PP) or by imprisonment for not more than 50 years or both. However, the provision of the first part can be applicable.
The coverage of the act extends out of the Socialist States of Stalingrad's territory, and is applicable to all who violate these amendments.

National Defense Act:

Allows the Socialist States of Stalingrad to deploy troops on Peacekeeping operations to any nation anywhere in the world
Allows the Socialist States of Stalingrad to opening or discretely send troops to any region of the world if information indicates that a terrorist is present there.
Allows the deployment of the nation's troops within the it's own territory to deal with dissent and unrest
Allows the deployment of advisers to anywhere in the world the Socialist States of Stalingrad deems necessary for the national defense of the nation and/or the preservation of it's allies. However, provision one of this act applies here as well.
Allows the troops of the Socialist States of Stalingrad to be deployed and stationed in an allies' nation or any independent nation.

Homosexual and Lesbian Marriage Law: This law allows gay men and women to openly marry in any region of the nation. This law also restricts the regions rights in limiting their ability to do so.

Religious Act: Due to the overwhelming amount of the supports and followers in the nation, the government recognizes the religion of Islam as the nation's official religion.

UAR ASSOCIATED PRESS
With the UAR economy booming president charlie sheen passed the Joint protection law into effect, this law will create a pacific and Atlantic fleet which will be used to aid it's allies and prevent attacks on Americas main land, the plan calls for 100pp to be spent on each naval force to make sure that the UAR can duke it out with the best.

With conflict looking like it will be in the UAR's future president charlie sheen approved a law today which will allow UAR troops to aid in establishment of help for independent nations caught between the United states and the Confederacy's guns

President charlie sheen was outraged with the EU and it's choice to send troops to N.America,many in his cabinet have said that this is il logical and stupid to send troops why they are already fighting a war with Rome. Sheen said that some options are being considered to deal with this situation.
