NPCs:
Europe:
Roman Empire:
It was founded in 2021 after a brutal Civil war in Italy, the rebelling faction lead by Marcus Quintus and Horatius Valerius won out after destroying all loyal army elements defending Rome. The rebels stormed the capital and killed the majority of the current government, Italy's government now extremely weakened sought to make peace with the new Roman empire, oddly enough they accepted. Now Rome looks to north, to the rest of Italy.
Balkan Union:
Formed after the collapse of the Romanian, Bulgarian, and Yugoslavian governments in 1989. The Balkan Union has had it's fair share of troubles and looks only for peace now, whether it will find it is uncertain.
Britain:
A very stable government that rules over all of Britain and parts of Ireland. It is democratic and as of right now it is actively taking part in keeping Europe stable.
Republic Of Ireland:
These people wish to see Ireland united under one flag, they are tired of the British meddling in their affairs. It may be their time to rise up and take what is rightfully theirs.
Iberian Republic:
A fragment of the Spanish government that splintered off into it's own government in 2014, it is corrupt but the people have grown tired and are forcing change peacefully.
Portugal:
Like Britain, Portugal aims to make the regions around it more stable, though they aim to accomplish their goals diplomatically but when diplomacy fails they may not have the military to back themselves up.
France:
France has become weakened over the years as it's been unable to hold onto the territory it once claimed it's own, it's military is lead by incompetent fools and it clings to it's European allies for support.
Spain:
Spain is in a similar situation as France but it has potential, Spain's armies are ready for a fight but it may not last in a war of attrition.
Germany:
Germany has seen it's fair share of war as it kept unto it's land. It's armies are very experienced but they fight a losing battle against the constant rebellions, they are gaining strength too. Maybe enough to contend with these battle hardened armies.
Swedish Kingdom:
The Swedes in the north are a flourishing trade empire with not much of army, their people are more than content with the booming economy they live in.
USSR:
Unable to hold onto it's massive empire the USSR had to consolidate it's forces to more important regions, the people of Russia now detest communist rule having been given a taste of freedom. It is likely the USSR will never gain as much land as it had before.
Democratic Peoples of Russia:
Formed after the USSR let it's land splinter, it now represents the people of Russia in the best way possible. Democratic and looking to expand, Russia has began to build up it military.
Italy:
Weakened by a civil war, Italy wishes to take back the rest of it's nation from the Idealistic Romans, someday at least.
Africa:
African Coalition:
After years of civil war many nations in Africa have grown tired of rebellions, these nations have unified themselves and built up militarily to crush any opposition. It's armies are now used to put the people of Africa under the heel of oppression.
Republic Of Libya:
Founded in 2012 after a brief civil war, it is a economic powerhouse compared to other African nations. It's people enjoy a much higher standard of living than other African nations, many of Africa's people envy this.
Somalian Confederation:
The allure of money is to much for some people, the government of Somalia actively participates in many illegal activities, whether it be the Slave trade or exporting drugs they have their hands in it.
Kingdom Of South Africa:
The Royal Family has ruled for more than 30 years, the times have been turbulent, rebellions have come and gone and now the people are content, it may be only a matter of time though as the Royal Families arrogance knows no bounds.
Democratic Union of Nigeria:
The people of Nigeria have united under one banner, one of democracy. They face many problems right now but they may prevail in their endeavors if they hold their sovereignty tight.
People of Uganda:
Lead by their Dictator Patrice Mobutu, the people of Uganda live relatively peaceful lives under this totalitarian state.
Egypt:
For a state under military rule Egypt has so far avoided wars with it's weaker neighboring regions. They continue a gradual military build up and fund many other domestic policies to strengthen their nation.
North America:
United States of America:
Still the juggernaut of the world the US is one of the most powerful countries in the world, it not only has the land it also has the armies. It is backed by it's people and a very strong economy.
New Californian Republic:
The NCR have established themselves as a strong democratic power, they are a nation of hardy people and although they face many challenges ahead of themselves, they have the might to do it.
United American Front:
A coalition of many scattered territories that wish to unify america under one banner, theirs, so far for them it has been going well.
Eskimo Land:
Encompassing parts of Alaska and Canada the Eskimo people continue to endure in the cold environment, they are ruled by a tribal council.
Canada:
Forced to sell most of it's land to independent buyers Canada retains only a small portion of what it used to be, had it not been for it's massive debt it wouldn't have had to sell it's nation away.
Alaska:
Gaining it's Independence in 2008, Alaska has weathered through it's infancy as a nation and now it has gained power as well as the support of it's people.
The Confederacy:
Based in America's south, the Confederacy is at odds with the U.S, if it weren't for the name and the many terrorist attacks leading back to them they might've been allies.
Central America:
Mexico:
Mexico is mainly ruled by the drug cartels that had plagued it's government for many years. After so long the government caved into the drug lords and now represents them, occasionally someone rises who opposes the drug lords. That someone doesn't live for much longer.
Great Latin American Union:
The GLAU is based in southern mexico, it's main goal is to dismantle the cartels that ravage the land. It's army is strong but it's officials may not be strong enough to resist the many bribes and death threats coming their way.
Republic of The Caribbean:
A very corrupt government that aids many cartels in the transportation of many goods(Illegal or Otherwise) to regions all around the gulf.
Nicaragua:
A military lead state with a emphasis on the military part, Nicaragua is aiming to destroy all resistance and become a major power.
Panama:
A group of states loosely held together that has land both in Central and South America . These states usually work for their own goals but will unite against a common enemy.
South America:
Colombia:
A democratic government plagued with drug cartels as many other countries are in central and south america, it's government violently fights the cartels but with the massive amount of money the cartels make it is almost a losing battle.
Republic of the Andes:
Some people of south america have reverted to their original tribal lives, the republic is mostly made up of these people. As a direct result the republic military suffers heavily from poor equipment.
Nationally United Brazilian Army:
Brazil under it's army has expanded drastically, both in size and in it's armed forces. Many of brazils citizens have volunteered for war, those of the occupied regions have been conscripted. National pride ushers throughout their lands.
United Polar Regions:
Spaced throughout the world, UPR has it's capital on the tip of South America. This nation seeks to rule over it's people in peace, not war.
Middle East:
Persia:
The Persian empire has re-emerged and is now in a total war with all other Middle Eastern countries, in this gamble they hope to control the majority of the worlds oil supply.
Republic Of Yemen:
A decent sized country by most standards, Yemen works closely with it's neighboring regions to try to bring stability to it's surrounding regions.
United People's of Israel:
Israel is made up of a hardy warlike people, this aspect of their life was mainly brought on by the multiple attempts from other nations to destroy their culture and lives. None the less it has benefited them as they have one of the strongest armies in the region.
Armenian Republic:
The Armenian people have banded together to decided their own fate, they have yet to prove their national strength though.
Asia:
Republic Of Asia:
One of the few democracies in Asia, the republic has it's pieces set and is ready to defend itself should the need arise.
China:
A brutal Communist regime that wishes to subjugate all the people of Asia to it's rule, like the many other expansionist countries it has the armies to back up it's cause.
Comrades of Cambodia:
Cambodia is the purest sense a backwards country as most of it is rural, the government wishes to detech the entire region, they wish to create a simple life for it's civilians.
Indonesia:
Formed to protect the interest of the people of Indonesia and other outlying Island chains, Indonesia is ruled by the Dictator Tzu Long II, he rules his people with benevolence.
Australia:
United Utopian States:
Led the greatest man alive, Henry Lax, the UUS flourishes in a golden age of sorts. It also looks towards inland Australia, a prize it desperately seeks.
Aussieland:
Based in the outback of Australia, these men and women have banded together for the common good of Australia.
Greater Republic of Australia:
The GRA is militaristic state led by the best of commanders, her armies know no match in Australia.
